Mission Utkarsh
Initiative launched by Hon’ble PM To improve the KPIs(Key Performance Indicator) of Percentage covered inhabited census villages with mobile in district for 10 selected districts to State average in One year and to National average or better in Two Years’ Time from the current level.
To use the learning gained under this initiative to improve performance across districts in India.
